This friday is the release of the Nintendo LABO 4.0: VR-Kit, and although allot of us are sceptical if this will be a good VR experience, most of us are looking forward to the end of this month when Mario Odyssey and Zelda Breath of the Wild get free VR updates.
We already know that practically the entire game of Zelda Breath of the Wild will be playable in VR, which in my opinion is utterly amazing! Mario Odyssey however will have a few new missions specifically made in VR and Nintendo has a few new screenshots and info about these that you can find below.
This new update adds three new mini-missions to Super Mario Odyssey, where you collect coins and musical notes. The latest tweets and screenshots also suggest you’ll be tasked with gathering up musical instruments and then delivering them to characters in the game. A musical performance will be viewable in VR in New Donk City as well.
Are you looking forward to this update for Mario Odyssey or might it make you interested in picking up the starter kit of Nintendo LABO VR? We sure do!
