Last year Nintendo announced that Animal Crossing would be coming in 2019, sadly Nintendo stated that the game needs a little bit more work before they can release it like they want to, so they had to delay the game a bit and the release is now March 20, 2020.
Nintendo did provide a trailer at their Direct as well as gameplay during their Treehouse.
